Back fist (front arm), drop down right cross, left hook to body,left upper elbow strike, right palm heel strike to nose.
Front kick, knee, body and head, jumping knee strike (back leg).
Side kick and hook kick (lead leg), spinning back kick, jumping knee strike back leg.
Axe kick back leg, round kick, spinning cresent, jumping front kick, alternate legs
Left hook, left uppercut, right elbow, jumping knee strike back leg.
Front kick, hook kick back leg, axe kick alternate leg, left upper cut, right uppercut, spinning elbow strike.
Sliding side kick front leg, spinning axe kick, jump front kick alternate legs, right cross, left upper elbow, jumping knee strike.
Roundkick front leg to body and head, spinning back kick, right screw shot, left cross, hook kick back leg, drop down right cross to body, jumping into knee strike back leg.
Self defence/ attacks from ground rear, side and front.
